Michael Sheppard

Michael Sheppard is an experienced hospitality professional and security specialist with a diverse background in management and event staff roles. Currently serving as General Manager at Oliver’s at Knock since December 2024, Michael has also held managerial positions at Fish City Belfast and Hastings Hotels, including roles as Observatory Bar Manager and Grand Cafe Manager. Michael's experience in event security spans from May 2017 to the present with Sword Security Group, where various responsibilities in crowd safety management have been undertaken. Prior roles at Killeavy Castle Estate included Duty Manager and Trainee Manager, demonstrating a solid progression in the hospitality industry. Michael is an alumnus of Ulster University, where a degree in Management was obtained between September 2020 and June 2023.
