Michael O'Brien

Michael G. O’Brien is Managing Partner with Stratos Wealth Partners, based in New York. Stratos is a partner-run wealth and financial management firm specializing in the practice and execution of comprehensive financial planning and implementation services. The firm is structured as a network of distinguished, experienced financial services practitioners spread throughout the country, powered by LPL Financial and custodial relationships with Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing and TD Ameritrade.

In his role, Mike partners with Financial Advisors to help them build, grow and acquire healthy financial services practices focused on providing clients with ideal solutions and an outstanding experience.

Mike has over 20 years’ experience across the financial services industry, holding various field and distribution-level leadership positions throughout his career. Mike began his financial services career as a Financial Services Representative with Dreyfus Corporation and maintains FINRA registrations with LPL Financial.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham University in New York City and lives in Garden City, New York with his family.
