Tara Caughlin

Tara Caughlin has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tara recently held the position of Director of Customer Success at SWTCH since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Customer Success at Maru Group from 2021 to 2022. Tara also held various roles within Maru Group, including Senior Director of Operations from 2019 to 2021, Director of Operations from 2018 to 2019, and Team Manager, Operations from 2016 to 2018. Before joining Maru Group, Tara worked at Vision Critical, where they served as a Team Lead, Consulting Project Management from 2015 to 2016, Senior Project Manager from 2013 to 2015, and Project Manager in 2013. Tara began their career as a Project Manager at Cint AB from 2011 to 2013 and worked as a Production Coordinator at Buchanan Group from 2008 to 2011.

Tara Caughlin's education history includes a Bachelor of International Business degree from Carleton University, with a focus on International Marketing and Trade as well as Spanish. Tara also studied at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where they further pursued their interest in International Business, International Marketing and Trade, and Spanish. Additionally, Tara has taken courses in Project Management at the University of Toronto.
