Shashi Singh is the current Head of Operations at Swvl. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Operations Manager at Uber Eats, where they managed the marketplace and ops for 10 cities, including Pune. They were also responsible for improving courier cost/trip by ~40% in 6 months. Before that, they worked as an Associate Vice President, Business Operations at Autoninja (acquired by ICICI Lombard). There, they led a team of 25+ and scaled the team from 6 to 25+. They also improved revenue collection cycle from >120 days to <45 days for 80% collection in about 9 months.

Their manager is Mostafa Kandil, CEO. They are on a team with Youssef Salem - CFO, Omar Mekky - Sr. Director, Engineering, and Shahzeb Memon - Head of TaaS and SaaS.
