Lee Pointer

Lee Pointer has an extensive work experience spanning several companies. Lee is currently the Head of Engineering at Swyft Filings, starting in November 2022. Before that, they worked at Realtor.com as the Senior Director of Engineering from February 2022 to November 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director of Engineering at Visa from May 2017 to January 2022. At Visa, they were responsible for managing and leading the development of payment products, as well as overseeing SaaS product development for authentication services. Before Visa, Lee worked at Modernize as the Senior Director of Engineering, where they were responsible for software development and IT, from June 2015 to May 2017. Lee also served as the Director of Software Development at Builder Homesite Inc. from December 2010 to June 2015, where they led a team of software engineers and implemented Agile Scrum methodology. Prior to that, they worked at QD Technology as the Vice President of Engineering / Director of Technology, managing a team of 53 developers and building a database management system. Lee also has experience working at Informatica as the Director of Software Development and at Evoke Software as the Director of Software Development. Additionally, they worked at AIM Technologies, Inc. as the Product Integration Manager and at BlueFish Consulting Group as the COO/Vice President.

Lee Pointer attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Lee later pursued further education from 1997 to 1999 at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science in Engineering degree with a specialization in Software Engineering.
