Bryan Sproull has over 17 years of experience in the technology industry. Bryan started their career in 2004 as a SNG Field Tech and Dialogue App Tester at Aflac. In 2006, they joined ZoomSystem as a Network Operations Engineer and Senior Regional Technician, where they used high-level knowledge of robotic logic to diagnose advanced issues and worked with the engineering team to correct them. Bryan also analyzed reports from KPI Dashboard and eCenter to identify and resolve issues, updated PC images with latest drivers and support tools, trained new clients for all levels of service, managed technical side of Cellular Network, managed Network Status Report, created documentation used to guide field techs through upgrade process, processed technician's expense reports and overtime, and provided expert opinion on new product development initiatives. In 2021, they joined Swyft Inc. as a Project Manager and Network Operations Engineer, where they are responsible for the same duties as before.
