Mike Carpenter

Mike Carpenter has held various roles in the finance industry since 2006. From 2006-2018, they worked at KPMG as the Area Managing Partner, COO | Finance, where they were responsible for P&L management, talent acquisition and management, business development and delivery of professional services. In 2018, they were appointed Chief Financial Officer at Cellcontrol, where they were responsible for investor and board reporting, turnaround financial group, and preparing relevant forecasts. In 2019, they joined Global Commerce & Information, Inc. (Global CI) as an Advisory Board Member. In 2021, they were appointed Chief Financial Officer at Prime Occupational Medicine, where they were committed to providing technology enabled workforce health & safety management. Lastly, in 2022 they were appointed Chief Financial Officer at Swyft Inc., where they were responsible for contactless retail and robotic stores.

Mike Carpenter attended Louisiana State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
