Michelle Moore is an accomplished hospitality and event coordinator with extensive experience in logistical coordination and event management, currently serving in this role at SXSW since November 2012. With a proven track record of planning and executing multiple large-scale events, Michelle oversees a vast team of over 450 crew managers and 4,000 volunteers. In addition to coordinating logistics and sponsorships, Michelle works closely with city officials on permits and has developed innovative solutions such as a QR scan application for staff and venues.
