Sterling Fly, IV is a strategic IT executive with over a decade of experience in enterprise operations, infrastructure modernization, and cybersecurity initiatives across multi-site organizations. Previously, Sterling worked at Westward as an Environmental Geologist, where they coordinated environmental compliance projects, and at Blush Marketing as an Events Engineer, managing technical operations for high-profile marketing events. Currently, as the Vice President of Information Technology at SXSW, Sterling drives technology strategy and operational excellence, leading teams to enhance infrastructure and cybersecurity while ensuring smooth event execution. Sterling holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geology from The University of Texas at Austin.
