Will Neder currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Emerge Haus and is a Senior Fellow at Funding Challenging Innovation, focusing on research related to innovative solutions for complex problems. With extensive experience at SXSW, Neder has contributed as a Pitch Coach and Facilitator in MedTech innovation, guiding entrepreneurs and enhancing the event's value. Previously, as Chief of Staff at CareSet, Neder advanced strategic projects and ensured alignment within the executive team. With a long tenure as Principal at Universal Operations, extensive expertise in strategic management, organizational design, and high-stakes negotiations was developed. Neder’s background includes serving as Vice President of Development Operations at Amorea Development Group, overseeing significant development projects and community engagement efforts.
