Syagrus Systems is a premier source for silicon wafer backend processing, such as wafer backgrinding, wafer dicing services and more. We serve all segments of the semiconductor industry including military, medical, aerospace, and various commercial markets.

Syagrus Systems is located in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota. We believe the customer’s success is the driving force behind any company’s own success. We work very closely to help our customers achieve positive results with their projects. This is evident in our company’s quality policy, “Superior Customer Satisfaction Through Quality”. With this in mind, we keep our focus on achieving the following:

    1. To serve the semiconductor professionals in need of quick cycle time for engineering/prototype projects.
    2. To create solutions where problems exist.
    3. To serve engineers on custom projects that may not lend themselves to fully automated lines or disrupt internal production lines.
    4. To help our customers transition from engineering projects to full production ramp-up.
