Sheetal Walters

Sheetal Walters has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Sheetal currently holds the position of Sr. Director, Delivery & Strategic Programs at Syapse since February 2022. In this role, they are responsible for managing programs, delivery execution, and research studies for life science partners and strategic collaborations, including the FDA. Prior to this, Sheetal worked at Syapse as a Program Director, Life Sciences & Strategic Collaborations from August 2018 to January 2022.

Before joining Syapse, Sheetal worked at McKesson as a PMO Manager from August 2012 to July 2018. Sheetal also had a brief stint at Zynga as a QA Manager from January 2012 to July 2012. Prior to that, they worked at Hobsons as a Director of Quality Assurance from September 2008 to 2011. Sheetal also held a role as a QA Manager at Hobsons from January 2005 to August 2008. Sheetal started their career at Farmers Insurance as a Quality Assurance Lead from July 2003 to January 2005.

Sheetal Walters completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at Punjab University in India from 1998 to 2001. Following that, they pursued their MBA in Management Information Systems at Northwest Missouri State University from 2001 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Sheetal obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from McKesson in April 2017 and became a Certified ScrumMaster through ScrumAlliance in February 2011.
