A personal passion for distilling gin lies at the heart of our boutique distillery ‘Sybarite Distillery’ in the picturesque city of Mechelen (Belgium). The background of our multi-award winning distiller (Gold in SFWSC, Double Gold in CWSA, Silver in IWSC) is far removed from the distilling industry. As a passionate “spirits lover”, he has taught himself the tricks of the trade by immersing himself in the world of distilling. A lot of studying and experimenting has resulted in creations with a personal touch and spirits that excel in personality, complexity and pure drinkability.
