Joel Yocom is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology strategy, business development, and operations management. Currently serving as the Account Manager at The Sycamore Company since November 2020 and the President of Yocom Consulting since June 2024, Joel has a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiencies and driving value for clients. Previously, Joel held the role of VP of Technology Strategy at Waddell & Reed, where leadership spanned technology implementations for 1,700 advisors managing $57.4 billion in assets. Joel's expertise also includes significant business development achievements at Conductive Inkjet Technology and leadership roles at OneSource Group and Network Electronics, characterized by successful transformations and revenue growth strategies. With an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Tennessee and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Kansas State University, Joel combines technical knowledge with strong business acumen.
