Sylvain Gras

Sylvain Gras is the Directeur Technique at AGECLIM, where they focus on service development in after-sales and maintenance, manage client relations, lead a team, and oversee various HVAC projects. They served in the military at BA 102 Longvic and worked as a Technicien maintenance en genie climatique at SOCCRAM, where they handled maintenance across multiple faculties. Sylvain began their career as a Technicien d’études at POLAIR' SYSTEM, crafting after-sales quotes and assisting in repairs. They hold a Baccalauréat in STI Electrotechnique and a BTS in Froid et climatisation, where they graduated at the top of their class.
