Thomas Etienne

Thomas Etienne is an experienced professional in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as the Head of M&A at Syclef. Previously, Thomas held positions as a Corporate Development Manager at Saputo Inc., where they advised on M&A strategy and executed significant deals, and as a Senior Associate at McCarthy Tétrault, focusing on cross-border transactions for various sectors. Thomas began their career as an Associate at DLA Piper and later worked as a Senior Manager in Corporate Finance at Deloitte. Thomas holds an LLM from McGill University and is pursuing dual master's degrees in Finance and Business Law at Université Panthéon Sorbonne and a MASS at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
