Alayna Rincon

Alayna Rincon (Duwa), CPA, currently serves as the Assistant Controller at ECN Capital, bringing over nine years of progressive accounting and leadership experience from both public and private sectors. Alayna has successfully led multi-entity accounting for IFRS/GAAP compliance, financial reporting, and audit preparedness, and has a proven track record in developing high-performing teams and streamlining processes. Prior roles include significant positions at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., CliftonLarsonAllen, and Unified Women's Healthcare, where Alayna managed teams and supported complex business integrations. Alayna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Colorado State University.
