Duncan Zeng's work experience begins in 2013 as a Senior System Engineer at Tai Win Technology Corporation, where they worked on over 200 projects involving BGP and OSPF designs, large network routing, and network transit/management. In 2020, they joined Financial Information Service Co., Ltd. as a Data Center Technician Network Engineer, where they were involved in bidding operations, consulting, and project management diagnostic analysis. In 2021, they moved to PEGATRON JAPAN INC. as a Sr. Data Center Engineer, responsible for migration planning, configuring network core equipment, and designing security infrastructure. Currently, they are working as a System Engineer at Sycomp, where they are focused on analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as providing field support and troubleshooting for equipment failures in a data center environment.
Duncan Zeng attended the National Taipei University of Business from 2008 to 2012. Duncan pursued their studies in the Department of Information Management during this time. Additionally, Duncan has obtained several certifications in the field of networking and security. In 2015, they achieved the CCIE (R/S) certification from Cisco and the Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP) certification. Duncan also obtained the VCP-NV certification from VMware in January 2015. Later, in June 2017, Duncan obtained the Juniper Networks Certified Professional Security (JNCIP-SEC) certification from Juniper Networks.
