Kenneth Halbrecht

Kenneth Halbrecht is an experienced financial and technology executive currently serving as CFO/Treasurer for the San Marco HOA, managing a $200 million annual budget and optimizing the reserve fund portfolio. With a diverse background at Sycomp since 2010, Kenneth has held multiple leadership roles including CTO for Cloud Application Optimization, focusing on performance and cost efficiency across industries such as biotech and aerospace. Additionally, Kenneth contributed to the University of Pennsylvania's Penn Swimming Alumni Board, raising over $2 million during an eight-year tenure. Previous experience at IBM involved optimizing server technology for various corporations and banks, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs. Kenneth holds an MBA in International Finance from Fordham Gabelli School and an Economics degree from The Wharton School, complemented by an Accelerated MBA from Harvard Business School.
