Patrick Ballweg

Patrick Ballweg has over 15 years of work experience in various roles, primarily in project management and consulting. Patrick currently serves as the Head of Project and Service Excellence at Sycor. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager of Project Portfolio Management at CANCOM and as the Head of Customer Projects EU at Syntax. Patrick also held leadership positions at FIT, where they led a team of project managers to improve project management processes, and at JMT Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., where they founded a consulting company in Shanghai. Additionally, they worked as a Management Consultant at BASF, a Senior Consultant at BMW Brilliance Automotive, a Senior Project Engineer at Ingenics AG, and a Supplier Improvement Manager at Einhell Germany AG.

Patrick Ballweg completed their education in a precise chronological order. Patrick obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Industrial Engineering from The Open University in 2006. Simultaneously, from 2003 to 2006, they pursued a Dipl. Ing. degree in Industrial Engineering at DHBW Heidenheim. Later, in 2015, they pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree in Finance from Hult International Business School. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in fields such as ITIL Foundation Level, data science, team management, conflict management, change management, effective communication, leadership training, project management (Prince 2), and specialized process audits and design.
