Helle Termansen

Helle Termansen has been with Sydbank since 1987, where they have taken on various roles that contributed value to both the organization and their personal growth. They served as Sekretariatschef and have held several leadership positions within Operations, including overseeing pensions services and customer support. Helle played a pivotal role in establishing Operations Risk during Sydbank's transition to agile methodologies, focusing on risk management and role-based access control. Currently, they work as a Scrum Master within IAM Digital Service, leading initiatives in role and rights management. Helle is also a certified Risk Manager and holds a diploma in leadership.
