Sydney Community Services supports people at every stage of life to live well, stay connected, and remain safe and independent at home. We deliver inclusive, person centred community and clinical support services that respect dignity, choice, and individual needs.

Established on 1 July 2017, we were formed through the merger of Lane Cove and North Side Community Services and Hunters Hill Ryde Community Services, bringing together decades of experience and strong community connections as a trusted local provider across Sydney’s North.

Our purpose is to enhance quality of life wherever people are on life’s journey by strengthening community participation, supporting health and wellbeing, building life skills, and empowering independence. We do this in a way that is trustworthy, safe, inclusive, and enjoyable, helping people feel supported and connected to their community.

We proudly support older individuals, people living with disability, carers, individuals and families experiencing financial hardship, and young families.
