Sydney Float Centre is an innovative, relaxation wellness centre located inside Westfield’s Warringah Mall in the heart of the beautiful Northern Beaches. We are focused on reducing stress and pain, and helping our customers feel rejuvenated, relaxed and energised through Floatation Therapy or 'Floating'.

Floating involves lying in a lightless, soundproof ‘Float Tank’ filled with a 25cm deep salt-water solution heated to skin temperature. This totally unique environment removes all incoming stimuli, giving your mind and body the unique sensation that you are floating in mid-air. Who hasn’t dreamed of floating in outer space!
