Cathy Lestrange

Cathy Lestrange is a seasoned professional in environmental planning and consulting, currently serving as Manager of Planning Approvals at Transport since October 2020. Previous roles include Senior Consultant and Environmental Consultant at RPS Australia Asia Pacific, and Environment and Planning Manager (seconded through RPS) at Transport for NSW. Cathy has also worked as an Environmental Consultant at pitt&sherry and KMH Environmental Pty Ltd, contributing to projects such as the John Holland W2BH Pipeline Team. Academically, Cathy holds a Master of Science in Environmental Change Management and a Bachelor of Forensic Biology from the University of Technology Sydney.
