Established over twenty years ago, we’re proud that many of our founding investors are still active in our funds today, and frequently refer new investors to us. Sydney Wyde Mortgage Management Limited was licenced by ASIC in 2004. The company now manages over $350 million in contributory mortgages and $150 million in pooled mortgages.

Sydney Wyde Mortgage Management Limited is the responsible entity of the Sydney Wyde Mortgage Fund (Contributory) and of the SWIMM Pooled Mortgage Fund.
