Per Smidfelt

Per Smidfelt is currently the CEO of AB Sydsten and has an extensive background in the construction and engineering sectors. They held various leadership roles at Skanska Sverige AB, including District Manager and Development Manager, from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, Per worked as a Technical Attaché, contributing to construction and transport technology projects. They also served as a Project Director at Skanska ESS Construction from 2017 to 2022 and were involved in organizational development as a Project Leader at Skanska Asfalt och Betong AB in 2012. Per holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Lund University and completed executive education in Management at the Stockholm School of Economics.
