Ra Acosta

Ra Acosta is a highly experienced SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC6) and Lean-Agile Coach with a diverse background in software development and process improvement. Currently serving at Capability Boosters since August 2019, Ra has also held pivotal roles at SYE Software as an Innovation Leader, QUALTOP as an SPC5 Agile Coach and Trainer, and Bossacorp as Creative Developer and Director. Ra's expertise includes teaching Scrum methodologies and quality assurance practices, with a proven track record in helping organizations achieve CMMI maturity levels. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Technology and an MTI from CUCEA, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from CUCEI.
