Sandy

Sandy Ma is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Riviera Partners, where they have also served as Managing Partner and VP of Recruiter Services. Prior to their current role, Sandy was a Sr. Advisor at Syelo Ventures and held various positions at WageWorks, including Enterprise Sales Executive, where they led national sales efforts for HR applications. Sandy began their career as a Staffing Manager at Ajilon Office, contributing to the launch of a flagship office in San Francisco. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Irvine, graduating in 1996.
