Adam Sharp

Adam Sharp currently serves as the Quality Systems Leader at Syensqo since December 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at Solvay from January 2014 to December 2023 as the Technology Solutions Quality Systems Leader, where Adam led global Labware/LIMS/SAP quality business processes and provided support for help desk requests. Previously, Adam worked at Cytec from February 2001 to January 2014 as a QC Supervisor and Plant Chemist/ISO Coordinator, managing quality control procedures and offering analytical support to enhance process efficiency. Earlier roles included a position as a Fiber Grating Operator at JDS Uniphase and a Coating Technician at Raytheon ELCAN Optical Technologies. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Physics from Brock University, completed in 1998.
