John McCrary

John McCrary is currently the Head of Process Innovation for the Composite Materials GBU at Solvay and has held this position since 2019. They also serve as the Global Engineering Director for the Composite Materials GBU at Cytec Solvay Group and have been with the company since 2016. Additionally, John has been the Operations Technology Director for the Military Segment at Cytec Engineered Materials since 2010 and has taken on the role of Global Operations Technology Director at Cytec since 2014. Most recently, they became the Head of Process Innovation at Syensqo in 2023.
