Pascal HERVE is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as Senior Principal Scientist at Syensqo since March 2024. Prior to this, HERVE was with Solvay for over 26 years, holding various roles including Principal Scientist and Global Rheology Expert Novecare, where support was provided to R&D application teams across diverse sectors such as Oil & Gas and Home & Personal Care. HERVE also managed R&D initiatives in thermoplastics and collaborated on projects with academic institutions like Princeton University and CNRS. Earlier experience includes working as a Research Engineer at L'Oréal and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at CNRS, specializing in formulations. HERVE holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Syracuse University and a Master's degree in Physical Chemistry from Université de Bordeaux.
