Rachael Sharp

Rachael Sharp is currently the Head of Operations at Syenta, where they focus on partnerships, product, and delivery. They previously served as the Director of Partnerships for HEO USA and held various roles including Project Engineer at Transport for NSW and Project Manager for HEO Robotics. Rachael holds both a Master's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, graduating with excellence and first-class honors, respectively, from UNSW. They have also contributed as a demonstrator and head demonstrator in engineering courses at UNSW.
