Adam Silverman

Chief Medical Officer at Syllable

Adam Silverman is the current Chief Medical Officer at Syllable. Prior to this, they were the Founder and CEO of Upstream Solutions Group, LLC from August 2018 to January 2021. Adam has also held positions as Vice President, Population Health at Saint Francis Healthcare Partners from July 2017 to June 2019, and Vice President for Ambulatory Strategy and Development; Medical Director, Primary Care Service Line at Trinity Health Of New England from December 2014 to June 2017.

Silverman began their career as a practicing primary care physician at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center from July 2012 to December 2014, where they also served as Medical Director of the Primary Care Service Line. In this role, they were responsible for developing the primary care strategy for a network of 220 employed and affiliated practices. Adam also incorporated Geriatrics and Palliative Care into the Primary Care Strategy, and developed the hospital's preferred Post-Acute Care network.

Silverman is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.

Adam Silverman's educational career began with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Middlebury College. Adam then attended Penn State University for their Doctor of Medicine. After medical school, they completed an Internal Medicine Residency Program at Northwestern University - The Feinberg School of Medicine. Adam is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
