Caleb Winder

Caleb Winder serves as Managing Director at MemorialCare Innovation Fund since January 2019, where responsibilities include sourcing, leading, co-leading, and managing a portfolio of venture-stage startups focused on innovative healthcare solutions. Additionally, Winder has been a Managing Director at Excel Venture Management, LLC since April 2006. Current investment roles include Investor positions at Carta Healthcare, Bayesian Health, NeuroFlow, Vitalize Care, and Centivo, alongside board roles at Censinet, Babyscripts, and Foldax Inc. Winder holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BA in Biology with a minor in Economics from Colby College. Prior education includes studies at the University of Melbourne and Union College.
