Huy Tran

Huy Tran has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles in human resources and operations. Huy started their career at Dell, where they held multiple sales management positions. Huy then moved on to Asurion, where they served as an HR manager, focusing on organizational effectiveness and talent development. Huy later joined HCA Healthcare as a director of leadership and organizational development, leading a team in supporting the organization's integrated lines of business. Huy then continued their career at OneOncology and naviHealth, where they held vice president positions in people and talent management. Most recently, Huy served as the chief people officer and senior vice president of operations at Equum Medical. Currently, they are the vice president of people operations and diversity, equity, and inclusion at Syllable. Huy's expertise lies in driving organizational success through talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement.

Huy Tran has a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. They also studied Human Resources Management and Services at Cornell University. Additionally, Huy has a degree in Business Management with a focus on Business Administration and Management from Tennessee State University. Huy has obtained certifications in areas such as Assess Core, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, organization design, team performance, and change management.
