Redgee Capili

Redgee Capili has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Redgee recently worked as the VP of Information Technology at Syllable starting in March 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at Comcast Silicon Valley Innovation Center from 2011 to 2022, including VP of Technology & Operations and VP of IT/QA/Ops & GM of Plaxo.com. At Comcast, they were responsible for managing Information Technology, Business Operations, and Network Infrastructure & Operations teams. During their tenure, Capili achieved several accomplishments, such as creating a Business Operations unit and transitioning the Quality Assurance team into a separate organization. Before Comcast, Capili worked at Plaxo as the Chief Privacy Officer and Senior Director of Technology & Support, overseeing security compliance and system architecture. Redgee also served as the Senior Director of Technology & Customer Service, establishing global support and VIP programs. Capili's earlier experience includes roles at Gravitate, Inc as the Director of Information Technology and DDS, State of California as the Information Technology Manager.

Redgee Capili obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from San Jose State University from 1986 to 1990. Then, from 1990 to 1991, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics at the same institution.
