William Peters, CFA has over twenty years of experience in finance and strategy. From 1999 to 2004, they worked at Banc of America Securities as an Equity Research Jr. Associate, providing financial analysis and reports. From 2004 to 2007, they worked at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. as an Equity Research Analyst, achieving #1 or #2 ranking by Bloomberg for stock-picking performance and #1 ranking by StarMine for accuracy of EPS forecasts. From 2007 to 2008, they worked at The Silverfern Group as an Associate, providing buy and sell side advisory services, investment diligence and analysis, equity and debt financings, and private equity co-investments. From 2008 to 2009, they worked at Circle Peak Capital as an Associate. From 2009 to 2015, they worked at Surescripts as Director of Finance and Director of Strategy, where they restructured a $50 million P&L, restructured business terms of key solutions to improve efficiencies, and led cross functional value creating business initiatives. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at UnitedHealth Group as Vice President. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Moxe as Vice President. Since 2021, they have been working at PlatformQ as Vice President of Finance and Strategy. Since 2022, they have been working at Summit Health as a Strategy and at Sylva as Head of Finance.
