Emy Theodorakis is an accomplished Senior Lead Strategist at SYLVAIN since June 2021, bringing extensive experience in strategic consulting and innovation. Prior to SYLVAIN, Emy served as a Senior Innovation Strategist at Jump Associates, where expertise in hybrid approaches supported diverse businesses in becoming more purpose-driven and customer-centric. Emy's prior roles include Senior Strategist at Venables Bell and Partners, where day-to-day strategy leadership encompassed notable accounts such as 3M and Reebok, and positions at Goodby Silverstein & Partners and adconnection. Emy holds a Master’s Degree in Strategy from VCU Brandcenter and a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Strategic Communication from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
