Ankit Bhat

Ankit Bhat is an experienced engineering professional with a background in project management and mechanical design. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Sylvan, Inc. since January 2023, Ankit previously held the position of Project Coordinator at Magna International, where responsibility included managing multi-million dollar GM assembly line projects and maintaining customer relationships. At Reko International Group Inc., Ankit worked as a Mechanical Designer, creating various automation equipment assemblies using Solidworks. Ankit also gained research experience as an Engineering Research Intern at the University of Surrey, where a scholarship facilitated research on offshore wind turbines, resulting in a published article. Ankit's early career included an internship in engineering business development at Magnolia Generation, focusing on geothermal projects and energy consumption analysis. Ankit Bhat holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Windsor and an Ontario Advanced College Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Durham College.
