Simon Young

Simon Young is an experienced payroll professional currently serving as Payroll Manager at Symal Group since February 2023, following a tenure at Melbourne Water where responsibilities included overseeing payroll operations. Prior to that, Simon spent over 13 years at Fenner Dunlop as Payroll Manager, coordinating payroll for four companies and managing various employee agreements. Additional experience includes managing payroll teams at Tabcorp and AXA, handling payroll for thousands of employees across multiple locations. Simon holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from La Trobe University and completed VCE in Accounting and Finance at Greensborough Secondary College.
