Jerry Perkins

Jerry Perkins is the current Co-Founder and CEO at Symbee. Prior to this, they were the Sr. Director of Infrastructure Operations at Asurion from March 2010 to April 2011. Before that, they were with Five9 from May 2011 to June 2013, where they were Cloud Solutions Architecture and designed and deployed Cloud based Contact Centers for Enterprise Customers. Jerry also started the Solutions Architecture team for www.five9.com. During their time there, they architected, tested and deployed Five9 SIP Integration to AVAYA, CISCO and Asterisk solutions. Jerry also architected and deployed NICE and IEX Premise based solutions into a SAAS model solution that is currently integrated into Five9 - making Five9 the ONLY Nice Partner in the world with these solutions working. In addition, Jerry developed, documented and rolled out a new Network Assessment Testing process for all SAAS Enterprise Customers to the Professional Services Team. Jerry also worked with Technical Operations Team to write and build process to support Network Integration's to Five9's Cloud based Solution. Lastly, they managed and deployed all SIP, VPN and MPLS network integration's into Five9 data centers for Enterprise customers. Perkins provided Tier 3 Architecture/Engineering support for Enterprise Sales and Engineering Team while at Five9.

Jerry Perkins has a MBA in Business Administration from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. Jerry also has certification from AVAYA in ACS-IP Telephony/ACS-Contact Center/ACS-Self-Service/ACS-Messaging and from CISCO in CCNA.
