Lance Guthrie is the Co-Founder and CTO of Symbee, a company focused on delivering business outcomes that enhance the Agent and Customer experience. With past experience at AppCom Solutions, Vertex Business Services, Barclaycard, and Unisys, Lance has a strong background in contact center architecture and telecommunications software development. Lance graduated from Central Institute of Technology in New Zealand in 1991.
