Alex Graser

Alex Graser has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2010, they started their career as a Musician and Music Teacher, performing live music for events and teaching music to small groups and individuals. During this time, they also developed marketing and interpersonal skills to expand their client base.

In 2017, Alex worked as a Network Technician at Sloan Shuffler CPA, where they managed the network by upgrading hardware, troubleshooting issues, and training end-users to enhance network and host security.

From 2018 to 2019, Alex served as a Quality Assurance Analyst at The Results Companies, evaluating customer service representatives' skills and providing coaching on efficient resource utilization and building stronger team relationships.

In 2019, they joined Kelly as an IT Service Desk Analyst, resolving software, hardware, and connectivity problems for users.

Currently, Alex is a System Engineer at Symbotic, starting in 2023. Their responsibilities include ensuring safety compliance, troubleshooting advanced system issues, and providing training and support to operators for various systems, including warehouse management systems and automated robotic vehicles.

Alex Graser attended the University of North Texas from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Classical Guitar performance. In terms of additional certifications, Alex obtained the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA in September 2020, the CompTIA Network+ ce Certification in September 2019, and the CompTIA A+ certification in 2018.
