Brian Roche has a diverse work experience across multiple companies and industries. Starting in 1990, they served in the US Navy, holding positions such as Instructor Pilot and Helicopter Aircraft Commander. In these roles, they managed aviation training programs, led information security teams, and implemented cost-saving measures.
After leaving the Navy in 2000, Roche joined Cisco, where they worked as a Component Engineer and New Product Introduction Engineer. Brian provided technical support for quality improvements, developed qualification processes, and implemented NPI processes for the release of new products.
Roche then transitioned to the US Navy Reserve in 2009, serving as the Country Planner for Kenya and the Islands. Brian led planning efforts and presented concepts for military-to-military engagements and humanitarian assistance in African countries.
Returning to Cisco in 2011, Roche took on roles such as Program Manager and Product Lifecycle Program Manager. Brian managed the Cost and Value Engineering program for data center switching products, oversaw supply chain readiness, and achieved cost savings through commodity strategy meetings.
Most recently, Roche joined Symbotic in 2017 as a Senior Program Manager and later took on the role of Senior Metrics and Strategy Manager. In these positions, they provided strategic support to the executive team, analyzed performance metrics, and led cross-functional teams for projects and releases of automation products.

Brian Roche obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Marquette University. Additionally, they received certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from The Project Management Institute (PMI) in June 2016.
