Jeff Laba is currently a Principal System Engineer at Symbotic, a position held since 2025. Previously, Jeff served as an IT Manager at IBM from 2004 to 2016, and later as the Director of Software Engineering at Alert Innovation from 2016 to 2019. Jeff is pursuing an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Vermont Technical College, as well as a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at the University of Vermont.
