John Mitchell

John Mitchell has over 30 years of work experience in technical training and technical writing. John most recently worked at Symbotic as a Senior Technical Writer. Prior to that, they worked at United Technologies as a Senior Technical Instructor/Technical Writer specializing in aircraft tactical reconnaissance systems. John also has experience at L-3 Communications as a Technical Writer/Trainer and at Modicon as a Technical Trainer. Earlier in their career, they worked at Eaton Semiconductor as a Technical Trainer/Writer and at Textron Defense Systems as a Technical Trainer/Writer. John began their career at RCA Service Company as a Field Engineer/Technical Writer. Throughout their career, John has developed training programs, written technical manuals, and conducted instructional sessions for a range of audiences.

John Mitchell attended Northern Essex Community College from 1971 to 1973 and obtained an Associate of Arts degree. John then enrolled at Merrimack College from 1973 to 1975 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Finally, they pursued further education at Illinois State University from 1976 to 1978, completing a Master of Science degree. No specific field of study was provided for any of their degrees.
