Lead Systems Test Engineer at Symbotic

Mitchell Kreisel has a diverse work experience starting in 2018 as an Industrial Engineer Co-Op at BSH Home Appliances Group, where they determined labor requirements and worked on Scrap Reduction and Industry 4.0 teams. In 2019, they worked as a Design Engineer Co-Op at the same company, contributing to optimizing manufacturing efficiency. In 2020, they joined TEKsystems as a Contract Deployment Engineer, overseeing the construction and deployment of robotic systems in Amazon Fulfillment Centers. Mitchell then transitioned to a Contract Robotics Integration Engineer role, providing technical support and resolving critical issues in the deployment and integration of FANUC robotics manipulation stations. Currently, in 2022, they are a Lead Systems Test Engineer at Symbotic.

Mitchell Kreisel attended East Carolina University from 2015 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering Technologies. In addition to their degree, Mitchell has also obtained several certifications. In 2019, they became a Certified Technology Manager (CTM) through the Association of Technology, Management, and Applied Engineering (ATMAE). That same year, they completed the 30-Hour General Industry Safety and Health certification from the OSHA Safety Training Institute. In 2020, Mitchell obtained the 10-Hour Construction Safety and Health certification from the same institute, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from East Carolina University. Most recently, in 2022, they acquired the Project Management Foundations certification from LinkedIn. Mitchell also holds Microsoft certifications in PowerPoint 2010 and Word 2010, which were obtained in 2012.
