Patrick Keating

Patrick Keating has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Patrick started their career at Avid Technology in 2006, where they held various roles over the years. Patrick began as an In Warranty Support Representative, providing logistical support to customers via phone and email. Patrick then became a Technical Support Representative II, where they provided critical support for Avid's pro video and media enterprise customers. During this time, they also developed and delivered training for new products and features. Patrick later became a Technical Account Manager, responsible for providing account ownership to an enterprise client. In this role, they managed customer issues and drove resolutions through cross-functional collaboration. Patrick also maintained detailed knowledge and records of customer configurations and workflows. Patrick then transitioned to the role of Shared Storage & Production Asset Management Support Principal Expert, where they played a core role in providing strategic direction and product lifecycle support. Patrick directed ongoing product and organization assessments to improve quality and time to market. Patrick joined Symbotic in 2016 as an Advanced Software Engineer. In this role, they worked on software release management. In 2021, they were promoted to Software Release Manager at Symbotic.

Patrick Keating earned an Associates Degree of Science, cum laude, in Digital Media Production Technology from Springfield Technical Community College in the years 2001 to 2003. Patrick then pursued a Bachelors of Science in Communications Media with a concentration in Film and Video, as well as English Literature, at Fitchburg State University from 2004 to 2006.
