Reginald Lin

Reginald Lin is a highly experienced Senior Mechatronics Engineer at Symbotic since September 2025, with previous roles including Lead Mechanical Engineer at Commaris and Mechanical Engineer II at Raytheon. At Raytheon, Reginald led a team of four engineers, managed the release of over 80 drawings through the PTC Windchill PDM system, and developed work instructions for design integration. Previous experience also includes engineering internships at TSMC and Intel Corporation, where Reginald made significant improvements to manufacturing processes and conducted cost analysis on semiconductor components. Reginald holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from Cornell University, where participation in various projects showcased skills in design, prototype development, and team leadership.
