Ryan Johnson is a strategic project manager with extensive experience in maintenance and facilities leadership. They have served as an Automation Maintenance Manager at Symbotic since 2025 and as a Co-Owner at Property Solutions, also since 2024. Previously, they held various roles including Senior Maintenance Manager at Cushman and Wakefield Services/Amazon, where they led site-wide facility operations and safety initiatives. Ryan began their career with EnerSys as a Field Service Technician and has since developed a strong background in managing maintenance operations and driving continuous improvements in safety and reliability. They attended Joliet Junior College and Heartland Community College.
